Shoreditch murder reconstructed for Crimewatch
Marvin Couson was shot in May 2002 at the Lime Bar, now known as Queen of Hoxton pub. Couson sustained injuries that kept him unable to do anything for himself before tragically succumbing to his injuries thirteen years later.
The events leading up to the attack will be reconstructed in tonight’s BBC Crimewatch. The Met Police have released at statement from DCI McHugh: “We are hoping tonight’s reconstruction will jog a few memories. We need to speak to everyone who was there that night. I remain concerned some people could have a misguided sense of loyalty and are possibly protecting those who carried out this attack. If you have information, no matter how small and irrelevant you may think it is, please come forward.”
BBC Crimewatch airs tonight at 9pm, BBC1.
